Reading Club at Smart Center

Smart Center will be starting a reading club open to all levels and ages. Different groups will be organized according to level and age. We will read and discuss different sorts of books including: novels, short stories, fairy tales and folklore, as well as non-fiction such as current events and newspaper articles.
Have you ever wanted to read famous literary works from writers like Shakespeare, Ernest Hemingway, Mark Twain, Charles Dickens, The Brothers Grimm or Edgar Allen Poe? Did you always find it too difficult to understand? Then this is just for you! In our reading club we make the material very understandable and approachable, as well as fun!
We read together as a group and discuss the stories so you learn and take an adventure in your mind at the same time. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions and talk about what we read. We find it important that everyone learn and also enjoy the process so you feel encouraged and interested.
We hope you’ll come learn with us and stay awhile, there’s so much to learn and so little time :).
